What we collect
- When you register interest: your name, phone number, email, boxing experience and, if you choose to give them, your age, approximate weight, how you found us and any message.
- When you request tickets: your name, phone number, email and the tickets you've asked for.
Why we use it
- To contact you about training camps, events and your ticket request.
- To match you fairly with an opponent (age, weight and experience).
- To email you a copy of what you sent us, so you have a record of it.
We rely on your consent (the tick box on the sign-up form) and on taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement with you (ticket requests).
Who sees it
Your details are emailed to our team inbox. We don't sell your details or share them with anyone else for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for 6 months from your last contact with us, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing info@londonboxingrings.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
